Dear reader, I was thrilled when I visited the Saphira! The food is delicious, as are the drinks. The homemade cocktails speak for themselves, both with and without alcohol. The ambience, an old half-timbered house with a modern touch, can also convince. What I liked best was the staff. Friendly, courteous waiters and a boss who is on an equal footing with everyone. Great! I'm looking forward to another evening at Saphira. Best regards

Always happy, nice people, very good food. Everything tastes good. Portions could be a bit bigger. But that's just my subjective opinion. I'm still a bit hungry. Maybe I'm just too eager to eat. Cocktails extremely good!
